We accommodate both. We offer private, one-on-one appointments for clients who prefer to meet in person, as well as seamless digital consultations.

How long does it take to create a custom piece?

Timelines vary by complexity, but most projects are completed within 6–10 weeks from the initial design approval. We keep you informed at every stage.

Do custom pieces come with independent appraisals or certification?

Yes. All jewelry pieces are delivered with complete documentation, including major laboratory reports (such as GIA) for diamonds and center gemstones, as well as an official valuation appraisal suitable for insurance coverage.
